Our Journey
“We founded this company because high school football coaches and recruiting platforms across the country are failing our student-athletes. They don’t advocate for them effectively or equip them with the necessary tools to succeed. Every year, thousands of talented athletes miss out on college football opportunities—not due to a lack of ability, but because they lack guidance and support from their coaches. We aim to change this.
I experienced this firsthand. Despite paying thousands of dollars for a recruiting program, I ended up at one of the worst Division 3 programs in the nation. I had to work my way up to Division 1, a journey that could have been much easier. With Roster Spot Recruiting, it never has to be this way again.
We’ve developed a unique system based on building relationships, not just databases, and we’re backed by a dedicated graphic design team. We’re proud to have a 100% NCAA placement rate—every athlete we’ve worked with has gone on to play football in the NCAA.”
